WED - Run in Chancellor's Run Park (15 APR)

Wednesday for the off-base alternate run, we're going to run in Chancellor's Run Park, starting at 4:30PM.

We plan to do speedwork in all likelihood, but with some jogging warm-up and warm-down.

If you don't want speedwork, but would like to join us, you could run with us before and after, and laugh at us during -- er, I mean, encourage us.

Well, that was fairly tough weather -- we did fewer intervals than hoped, and got tired and cold and rained upon...
