King's Landing provides the course not only for the Keep Your Colon Rollin Cross-Country 5K and the SMAC (Southern Maryland Athletic Conference) meet, but will be the first location for the new trail run series (24JAN09). The park provides easy grassy areas to run and also has many side trails to explore.
