Like the wind. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and sometimes not at all...

Okay, you are liking this forum way too much today. And you have the advantage - I'll be gone all day tomorrow. Can you pass up my post count by 5 pm?

No, I need competition to excel. That's why I need to catch Paul Serra and I'd really have a great 5K. Except if I keel over trying...

I would like to pass him too -- but if I do it riding in the volunteer rescue squad vehicle b/c I scared people falling into a fit running above my level, I dunno if it will be as impressive...

Make it your goal to break 19 for a 5K. That's not a scary goal. Just make sure it's the same race Paul is running.

Ok. Done. :)

My next goal is to drag myself out of bed at 0-dark-30 so I can run with you lunatics in the morning.

After today's Jingle Bell 5k, my next goal is to beat Richard in a 5k. If he's there, looks like I've got the nutcracker & new years day 5k's.

Okay, you guys are making me sick. Now I really need to get back in shape. I will have to find some distance I can beat you guys at.
Either that or I will wait until you slow with age since you guys all have at least ten years on me.
