Meet on the McDonald's side of the drill hall at 4:30 this afternoon for a lap around base at a 9:00 - 9:30 min/mile pace.

Hope you all were ok out there -- we skipped the track workout (well, partly because I ripped the skin off the end of a toe yest running to & from work somehow, but also partly b/c of the thunderstorm warning and the appearance of thunderstorms to the south).
