Rosaryville running report from Sunday 7/6

Postby dskemp on Mon Jul 07, 2008 3:05 pm

We had three show up to run the trails at Rosaryville park yesterday (Sunday) morning. We ran the trail counter-clockwise. It was pretty muddy in some places and it made for such a fun run! We did the entire outer loop which we estimated to be about 10 miles. Some of the hills at the end of the trail were pretty challenging. After the run two others joined us and five of us went mtn biking on the same trails and got even more covered with mud. :D All in all a great training day totaling about 3.5 hours.

Schedules are kinda mixed up for a lot of us but we hope to have an organized run the weekend of July 26/27 some place in Charles County.
