does anyone know of any good trails i can run with a jogging stroller?

The trail along rt 235 is paved, but, is discontinuous -- and you are supposed to run in the road between Kmart and Walmart, as far as I could tell.

I hear that the trail at St Mary's City is paved -- I figure I'll probably find out this Friday at the social run what it is like.

The trail around St. Mary's lake is great for running, bit it may be a little tough to push a stroller around.
Wildwood has a huge sholder with a jogging/bike lane that you could try out.
