3x1600 w 1min rest

I saw this on the internet somewhere, and Sat Crystal tried it -- 3x1600 at target 5K race pace with just 1min rest in between. Actually, the avg was about 4sec under her 5K target. She found it exhausting, but she is more stubborn than I am, and pulled it off successfully :)
