We have people to run the computer and the clock this weekend but
could use a few more to help out with the finish line. So consider
the nice start time of 9am (best to be there by 8:30 or 8:15) at
beautiful Greenwell Park. I'm hopeful that we'll get a break for the
recent hot weather. Registration for CBRC members is $20, even on
race day. Don't be shy about mentioning that.

Email me if you have to to go, and it's even OK to help set up things
and/or help with the finish line if your running the race too.

I'm running and I think the family is coming so we can help out where needed. Does anyone know if the 2 mile run is $20 also? I think all three kids may want to run in it but for $20 each I may just take them to the track afterwards instead.

Scott,

You could run with them running relay.

Put two at the start line, and one across the track, and have one of the two start with you, and then they exchange at every 200 -- so every kid runs a 200, then rests for the next two legs, then runs again.

They'll be able to run a lot faster working together like that.

Just an idea. :)
