A co-worker of mine asked me about a race in Solomons yesterday. He said it looked like they had water tables set up and everything. I ran through there early (between 5:30-6), so the only people out were for charter boats. Anyone have any idea? This was probably around 9 am. Thanks.

I was there. It was a march of dimes fund raiser for babies to help prevent premature deliveries and birth defects. My wives moms group entered it and we took the whole family to walk. It was a good time. The MIR lugnut girls ( who knew there was a such thing) were there getting everyone warmed up before the walk and dancing afterwards. Dominos pizza and Subway had food there along with hotdogs, fruit, bagels, sodas. Oh hey the DJ was good too.
