Went longer than customary this time, because none of us were particularly ready to stop: abt 9mi in about 90min.

Meet at Green Holly Elementary tomorrow (Wednesday, 9/16) at 4:30. I'm planning to run for about an hour. May do a couple extra miles if I get there early. All are welcome.

Going to be speedwork at the (St Mary's) college tonight, it has turned out.

Had five attendees and we warmed up 2mi, then ran 4-6 quarter mile intervals (between 1:30 and 2:00 -- not everyone runs the same speed of course), and then various warmdown. Everyone seemed to have a good time, even they got pretty tired during the hard part. I expect we'll be doing speedwork down there again in the future.

Soccer game was being played tonight, so we ran some short hills around St Mary's City instead -- 4-6 miles.

Tonight's Wed Run: 5 people, mostly easy running, a couple people did some intervals (and I chased one of them for a bit).
