Annapolis All-Comers Wed Eve Track Meets start this week (& runs to Jul 1)

6:00 Running Events in the Following Order: 3000 meters, 200 meters, 800 meters, 400 meters, 1 mile Heats will be established by predicted time and age.

6-12 people in each race. One heat each except for the 200m -- they did 15&under heat in it, then the rest of us.

After the 3000m, 200m, 800m, and 400m, I was very tired, and the idea of racing around the track 4 times was not appealing. I was going to skip, but the RD talked me into doing the mile event, the last one.

I got lapped.

The kid was shooting for 4:20; I don't know if he made it.

Overall we both really enjoyed it.
