Directions to the Trail Race #3, in St. Mary's City on 2-21

I seem to be having trouble getting the map function to work, so I can't get directions. Can anyone give simple to follow directions to the race site for the 6K next Saturday morning? I know I need to get on Rt. 5 and head South but after that I'm not sure. And like I mentioned-simple, not too complicated. Thanks.
