Oh sorry, I was kidding, I didn't really feel bad. Glad you had lots to eat yesterday, I'm sure you needed it. After I do those really long runs like you did, I'm super hungry about 30 mins later, eat one or two little things and am stuffed, get hungry again two hours later, eat a little and am stuffed, repeat, repeat, repeat. Sounds like that might have happened to you too!

I'm almost done with the Christmas candy in the house... just in time for the Valentine's Day candy I saw on the shore shelves :wink:
