| Anyone want to run before tomorrow evening's meeting? All I know of for running near Nicoletti's is Chancellor's Run Park. That's a 6 mile loop between the parking lots and ball fields, I guess we could do speedwork around that... or I'd be up for trying something new. I can start as early as 4:30. Any takers? Any ideas?

| Want to meet at 5 at Nicoletti's and run Town Creek? Crystal says it is not too dangerous (from cars) and very hilly, if we meet at Nicoletti's lot and run right across the road into Town Creek. But we don't want fast running or speedwork.

| I could meet at 5, but I'm probably going to run Chancellor's Run Park. It's kind of a pain to make that left turn out and have to turn around by Wal-Mart to go to the meeting, but the park isn't too bad to run in.

| Either sounds good to me. Perry / Crystal, would you like to do Chancellor's Run if we don't run fast? I mean not "my fast"... Sierra's fast is a different fast. I was thinking 9-9:30 min/mile, maybe a couple faster laps mixed in to break it up but I could do those alone.

Hey, today is a recovery run!
Actually, with the rain now I might actually tag along with Andy to the gym.

| Ok. Then I'll just do whatever Perry and/or Crystal want to do. Let me know. Rain = not so hot out!

| It's more of the "drowned rat" look for the meeting I'm trying to avoid!

Ha, I was going to post that we'll come run at the park -- but 4:30 is too early, as we're not running that far, so maybe around 5 for us.
But maybe not if it is still raining... Let's see what the weather looks like later.

| Ok. I'll check the forum for your weather based decision this afternoon. 5:00 is fine w/ me and really, I'm game for either location. Trying to avoid running alone again, it's getting old.
