I am a plan ahead type guy:

Beat the heat and run in a different location at Laurel Springs park in LaPlata, MD on Saturday, July 26th starting at 7AM sharp.

Arrive at 6:45ish to say hi and meet new people. The park has a trail that is ~1.6miles. Do as many loops as you like. Run your own pace - no pressure or obligation to run as a group.

Don't want to stat at 7AM? Arrive later and hook up as we run by.

Tired of the loops or need extra mileage? Take a right out of the park and head down to Rosewick road and run on the new bike/running trail. Left on Rosewick for flat terrain or take a right for some hills.
