Hello,
I'm new to this forum and have just been getting back into running the past 8 months. I live in La Plata and was hoping to find local runners. Anyone interested in some monthly runs at the new Indian Head Trail? Its boring, but easy. Did I sell it or not?

Welcome. I must agree with you it is boring but a safe and easy running environment. A monthly run there sounds good.
