Is anyone using or know anyone using the Crossfit program for training?

My issue with CFE is that it's not event-tailored. I am taking the WOD and am fitting it into my more specific training plan. Did you do the WOD today? 100 pull ups? I did 3! I'm such a wimp!

What? You can't do 100 pull-ups? I thought everyone could!

I had only ever heard of this when you posted this question, Sierra, but a few days ago my brother mentioned it -- according to him, it (crossfit) has gained some popularity in the martial arts fighting community.

It is also very popular with the military. Most of the workouts I can't do, but I modify them. The warm-up is a decent workout for me!
