I looked in the rt 235 department stores and couldn't find any selling foam rollers -- anyone know anywhere nearby selling them?

If you are looking for foam rollers for massage purposes, then I'm not sure where to get one specifically made for that. However, I work with a former massage therapist, and he suggested using a rolling pin or a small paint roller (for trim), or even a tennis ball for more precision. Otherwise you might check online.

These links might help as well - Sports Authority and Dick's. Both are in Waldorf, though you would have to check if they are in stock.

If you're looking for a roller for ITB massage, where you put it on the floor and lie sideways perpendicular to it, and roll your hip over it, wait until the swimming pool toys come out - you need one of those "noodles" - those long dense foam (I can't remember the kind of plastic it's called) cylinders that you can cut to size. For a smaller massager, I use a plastic rolling pin I got in the $1 bin at Target. You could also get foam pipe insulation at Lowe's and put it over a wooden dowel or a short length of PVC pipe.
