Does anyone know of a good place to get massage? It seems to me like alot of these "day spas" around the area advertise massages, and I would like to try a "real" massage (dh tries but you know how that goes). Any feedback on a recommended place to get a massage, especially for runners would be much appreciated. Thank you. Smile

I know of someone highly recommended, but I think I lost the number. I'll look for it for you...

I don't know a good place for massage, but I was looking for that last year to help my hamstring. Instead, at a race expo I broke down and bought "the stick" http://www.thestick.com/ Now that I've learned to use it hard, it works really good on the legs and I imagine it can be as good as one of those deep tissue massages I've heard of. Guess I should try one to compage sometime, but this thing works pretty good. Feel free to try it out sometime or I'll bring it to the meeting if you like.
