Back Pain

Postby sierra on Fri Apr 18, 2008 2:52 pm

Unfortunately for me, my back pain that kept me from running in the fall has returned. Any good advice/stretches/exercises to help ease the pain?

Band pulls

Crystal had prescribed to do band exercises kind of like this, for back strengthening, to reduce back pain:

only using the doorknob on the other side of the door as an anchor, and doing them at three heights (hands down low, hands mid-torso, and hands up at shoulder height_
