I may have not done it in 6 months but today I went over a thousand miles on the year. Think I need a nap now.

Thank you! I only started running last Augest 07 and didn't really want to keep track of my slow pathetic runs at first but if I were to guess around 200 miles for last year.

Hey, slow runs are good -- at least some people say that. Crystal spent some time recently working on forcing herself to run more slowly (for non-intensity workouts).
